I’ll admit, I struggle sometimes with imposter syndrome. And it happens to more people than you might think. When you’re in the depths of imposter syndrome, it can feel like you’re the only person who has ever felt this way, but I promise you other people have felt this way too. And there is a way to reframe it.
It can be so intimidating to take your hobby/passion/creativity and turn it into a money making business. It can come with a lot of fear, uncertainty and second guessing yourself.
But I encourage you to reframe the things your brain might be telling you. I always think, what would you say to a friend if they were saying these things about themselves? You should be your own best friend first and treat yourself kindly. Try these simple ways of reframing those negative comments your brain can sometimes tell you:
